This refers to the candidate being a billionaire at the time of nomination, correct?

In other words, (1) it will not be N/A if Trump does not become President again, (2) it does not refer to Mike Pence eventually becoming a billionaire someday, and (3) we don't have to wait for the VP candidate to die to ensure that she was never a billionaire?
