What's the position on sealed vs unsealed here? Seems very important

 Can you add that it's the timing of the grand jury that counts?

 The pending indictment in NYC won't count toward this question. This is about the date of grand jury vote. So were the Fulton County regular grand jury to vote today to indict but not announce anything or even leak it until after March is over it would not count. 

Resolves YES if Trump is indicted in any jurisdiction during the month of April 2023. This market is about the timing of the grand jury vote irregardless of whether sealed or not. So the NYC indictment won't count for April because the grand jury voted to indict in March.
