@Ziddletwix While proxy battles are hard to predict & I cannot pretend to be an expert in the slightest, Nelson Peltz's recent FT interview (THR summary here) was embarrassing & extremely bad PR, and while the ISS endorsement was a big bump in his favor this interview should update a fair amount in the other direction.

@Ziddletwix I still think is likely a NO, but this news should probably update a bit towards YES

Bob Iger will stave off Peltz with the currently rehabilited uptrend profits, but once it most probably crashes - they are not learning from their mistakes, IT'S ALL JUST SEQUELS - then eventually Peltz might get in. Alas, I don't think it will happen in 2024, so I'm betting down.
