@traders This market is slightly ambiguous—Mike Johnson is still speaker, but (a) the close date has passed (not strong evidence, as the plan might have been to extend it), & (2) it's tagged as "118th congress" (not super clear, as tags can be automatic/imprecise).

That being said, I'm going to resolve it, mostly because @bagelfan made this ruling on the same situation earlier and it seems sensible to align with that (and I would lean towards NO as well).

@Ziddletwix I also think that directionally, where there is ambiguity or interpretation possible, we should aim to close banned users' markers earlier rather than later
