Prime Minister Narendra D Modi will hold over 15 meetings with visiting leaders between Friday, September 8, 2023, and Sunday, September 10, 2023 during the G20 summit in Delhi.

Yeah everything I've seen is that Modi was snubbing Li. Can this resolve no?

@Joshua China has been causing lots of drama. Just a few weeks ago it was discovered they built permanent bunkers near the LAC with India. I actually think this is the most likely reason it was Li instead of Xi attending. I am gonna let it close before resolving.
