Xi hinted at the G20 and ASEAN that he is considering calling another Belt and Road Forum after several years of speculation about his signature alliance building initiative. No commitment has yet been made, but signs point toward a renewed bi-annual Forum starting next year. This resolves YES if a third forum is formally announced and scheduled by the CCP by the end of 2023.
