Resolves YES if @BTE is listed in the top 15 on every leaderboard as of midnight EDT on Sunday September 18th. Resolves NO if not. Will have an independent TBD individual confirm resolution.

@M Yes @BTEF2P will count. I can tell you I already have the $3000 not counted toward my profit but it is locked up in subsidies on several of my markets that I will need to withdraw of the markets will need to resolve to count, which I will most likely do. Another factor to consider is my Elon Musk vs the Delaware Judge market changes my balance by approximately $850 for each percent move. There were several hours last night and this morning that this question would have resolved YES.
