Florida judge dismisses the Trump classified documents case

Judge Aileen Cannon handed down her decision on Monday in a big win for the former president.

The Florida judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's classified documents case dismissed the indictment against him.

the dismissal can still be appealed and case rebrought by a US attorney.

Your description does not specify such.
It also has a close date, so does that mean that if nothing else happens, this resolves on the close date?

With you adding the possible of appeal kind of makes sense, but it was never mentioned in the description, if the appeal is denied, than will you resolve this?

If charges are "re-brought" than its a new case. Case number will change = New Case. I certainly don't agree with this being something considered as valid.

Again, just glad I stepped down from being a mod.

If the case is fully dropped it resolves NO. As for the close date that'll be extended if the case is still pending on it.
