Will you be able to use GPT-4 for free on the official ChatGPT website as an average user when OpenAI releases GPT-4.5 or GPT-5?
The change needs to be announced at the event or as a press release within one week from the event where GPT-4.5/5 is released.
Free trials do not count, usage limits do count.
GPT-4 and GPT-4-Turbo both count, it also counts if they make a downgraded/smaller version of GPT-4 for free use on ChatGPT.
