At any time or at close?

@AvneeshSrivastava I can see the close time. The question was: if the market goes up to 81% and then falls to 60% at close, does this resolve as yes (as reached 80+) or no (as closed under 71%).

("Goes" (as opposed to 'ends') suggests present tense so reaching 80% at any time may be enough. If that were the case though the no should be fails to reach 72% so this might suggest it is the %age at close that decides how it resolves. Hence I see ambiguity.)

@ChristopherRandles yes. It resolve yes if market goes above 80%, resolve 50% in 72-79%, resolve no if goes 71% or below.

Asked twice and got answers but still no wiser. I give up.
