I OBS studio my own scrolling (esp when I use terminals or paginator output) but I scroll fast to reduce the time used (while still theoretically capturing all output)

ideally slow down all scroll speeds to a consistent speed (don't consistently slow down input, but slow down all speeds in output to same speed)
