My housemate @barak (https://barakgila.com/) is also an investor in Manifold and constantly complains provides helpful criticism about our product. Most recently, he wrote a script to create a bunch of markets for the upcoming SF ballot measures.
Will Barak join Manifold full-time, at any point between now and end of Q2? A work trial would not count for the purpose of this market.
(For background, we're not especially looking to hire new folks at this point in time, as we're searching for product-market fit and have a couple new hires joining soon -- but always have our eye out for exceptional, world-class talent.)

I'm currently bounding this between 40% and 80% via limit orders; Barak is quite good competent and aligned with the vision of Manifold, but seems pretty happy at Sprig and also has a lot of other options. And on our side, we need to think carefully about our burn rate and which specific roles we hire for.
