Take time to reflect on what things we accomplished (individually, and as a team) that we're especially proud of!
This both gives us cause to celebrate, and also lets us double down on processes and ideas that are working~
Mostly, this market is for the Manifold team; don't expect the probabilities, etc to mean much other than like a subjective vote on how much you agree with a particular statement, or how much you want to discuss it.
This question is managed and resolved by Manifold.

@MattP Great question! As a remote team, we don't often have the ability to coordinate and get into meaty discussions about things like high-level strategy. That leads to the thing you commented on about scattered focus - the offsites are a time to recenter the team and agree on priorities and direction.
Also - we're here with a bunch of our users, so we can sneakily solicit user feedback in a higher-bandwidth context than through Discord text messages. (hopefully you can join us on one of our future offsites!)
And it's also a recruiting ploy - both directly (would love to convert some of the guests to full-time core team members!) and indirectly (many potential hires enjoy the idea of meeting the team in person)
@ian great feature. Still a little bit of UX churn needed IMO - one tab instead of two, clarify visually on the screen what spaces expand the grouped notifs vs linking to a comment/market - but overall a great addition to the site.
@SirSalty Nah, notifications are great; haven't noticed David's problems. Should be one tab, though, not two.
@ian I know it has some kinks to be worked out but I think it's nifty, and it seems to have led indirectly to displaying the liquidity pool shares which is great.
@ian I use them and like them, just want the ability to mute certain markets. More control in general.
@SirSalty Me too. I liked Notifications a lot at first; now they're too slow to be super useful unfortunately.
But it's really good to not have to look through this in my emails
