Resolves to the total number of people who stayed at least 1 night in Mexifold who report a positive covid test of any kind before market close. (yes, this might accidentally include a couple who were infected post-Mexico).

Acceptable responses are integers >= 2 (as @SneakySly and @agrippa have already reported positive results)
