My friend Saurabh claims he will never move to SF but he is a young dude working in tech as well as a machine learning guy so that seems unlikely to me (also dozens of his friends live here including me).

This market will resolve yes if Saurabh, at any point in the course of his life, moves to SF. "moves to SF" means spends at least 6 months in permanent residence in SF (e.g. signs a lease for that long, or buys a house — couch-surfing is probably not sufficient), where "SF" means the regions highlighted in this map: https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bayarea_map.png. (We can argue in the comments whether Santa Cruz should count.)

Otherwise it will resolve no. It will resolve "no resolution" or the equivalent if Saurabh gets uploaded into the AGI at some point.
