I'm considering something under ~100 USD. It's already very hot for this time of year, and there's no AC in the building.

Resolves YES if I wish I had not bought the AC, resolves NA if I never make a purchase, and resolves NO if I buy a mini/portable AC and am satisfied with that choice.
