MuSig2 is an important feature for taking full advantage of Bitcoin's taproot upgrade. The BIP specification of MuSig2 (BIP-327) was published in March 2023, and support is available in the experimental libsecp256k1-zkp fork but a PR for the main library has only recently been opened.
This question will be resolved once a new version of libsecp256k1 has been released that supports the feature, which may be some time after a PR implementing the feature has been merged. If the release occurs close to the beginning/end of a month, the timestamp of the release tag on github in UTC will be used to break ties.
