The market should facilitate trading Mana against fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies, or other assets convertible into fiat currency. This market must operate independently of the Manifold official platform

The market needs to have a volume of at least 100 Mana per week on average for 8 weeks and there are evidence it exists without reasonable doubt.
