Will Manifold add functionality that, after the user starts writing a question for a new market, shows the user a list of potentially duplicate or related markets to consider before opening the question?

Some benefits of doing this:

1. reduce duplicate markets

2. may give the market creator a way to learn about the history of the area of their question

This will resolve positively regardless of the exact text or prompt UI that is chosen.
