Heavily-implied offscreen sex will count. I don't anticipate the resolution to this market being ambiguous, but if it ends up ambiguous I will do my best to resolve it.
Sex in a nsfw subthread will count if the subthread occurs during rather than after 'null action act ii'.
Ambiguously consensual or nonconsensual sex will still count.
Edited to add: if the last tag in 'null action act ii' is a fade-to-sex as in 'take this report back and bring her a better report', I intend to resolve to YES
Edited further to add: I did not think of this in advance, and will entertain arguments that I should handle it differently, but my current intent is that if the next thread's name is e.g. 'null action act ii part ii: we are being like Homestuck' I will count it as part of 'null action act ii' for this question.
Edited even further to add: if Abrogail begins going by a different name, she will still be considered Abrogail. Anyone who starts a Ship of Theseus argument will be glared at.

I'll just note, as a NO trader, that I'm surprised Abrogail was convinced she was in post-mortal-Hell without sex happening. Carissa experienced noncon that hurt her, and Abrogail didn't? Obviously Hell has "more efficient" torture, that hurt her so much more than Carissa was hurt that they didn't both with sex? Maitimo was raped every time he went to Angband, but Abrogail was spared?
Abrogail was raped in pseudo-hell, or else she would see through it. The authors elided this because Carissa/Keltham raping Abrogail for a plot is harder than Sauron raping Maitimo. Also I'm super sympathetic to "we don't need to inject rape randomly" but it's planecrash
Suppose the thread takes place over a in-universe year. Further, suppose Thrune is able to act relatively freely, approximately as she has been able to up until this thread. Will this market resolve positively, on the assumption she has had sex in the course of the year?
I mostly don't expect either condition to happen, and realize I'm being a pedant. But there is real fake money on the line!
@RobertKennedy I also very much do not expect that to happen, but if it did I would most likely resolve this market to YES, or possibly to some ~90% PROB.
