A transfer of the ccTLD to Mauritian authority is fine, so long as existing domains are generally preserved and international businesses still able to register domains.

Resolves no if the deal is called off, or if there is a reasonably trustworthy announcement that clearly confirms its ongoing status for the reasonable future.

Question closes in 2030 to give time for the final deal to be negotiated and come into effect.
