Climate change is real, and the most effective way to use money to combat it is to buy solar panels. If Mr. Bankman-Fried wants to donate money to combat climate change, he need not do anything fancy, he should just buy solar panels and give those away.
Presumably there would be some form of a press release, or at least a hint on Scott's blog, if this were to happen. If I don't hear anything by the end of January I will close as NO.
