I think this can resolve YES because there is ample evidence of online activity even now from AGI House, which is the current name of Neogenesis house. Ideally, the criteria would specify that it's the house itself that matters, not the name, but I think that's a pretty clear resolution of the ambiguity. I found a website but it looks abandoned, no evidence either way that I can see. Not worth my effort to try harder than that.

@Eliza it just got renamed. If you look at "AGI House," the socials/etc. seem completely active. I guess it is weird that they didn't take down or change the old website.
