The resolution criteria is a bit poorly written, and people might want to be a bit more wary of resolution risk on this market. I’m not going to change the criteria now, since people have already taken large positions on the market.

How about a tax agent or a plumber?

That's a silly distinction. You shouldn't resolve based on whether someone is payed as a contractor or an employee
