Sorry for never responding to you all -- I made this and then forgot about it (I'm not active on here). In retrospect, it was ambiguous between the interpretations you all mentioned. But as literally stated, some NIH grants to Princeton did get cancelled by Trump, so I resolved it YES. I will try to be clearer next time!
The question seems to create confusion between Princeton being specifically targeted (per the description, for example, over "antisemitism") versus grants being targeted for non-Princeton-specific witch-hunts (e.g. the comment below with "gender", "diversity").
Is the market creator's intent that this be a general rule freezing grants to Princeton-affiliated researchers in particular?
