@traders The market creator set a close time a full day after the end of Jan 1 (EST), and 17h after end of Jan 1 Anywhere on Earth. Since there is no other indication for when is the cutoff, I'd suggest using AoE (UTC-12) as it's the closest to the close time (but UTC+14 for the start of Jan 1), leaving no ambiguity for lawyering "but it was >100k on Jan 1 in NZ/Hawaii".
cc @mods hopefully there'll be no ambiguity by New Year's day, but it'd still be helpful to get clearer guidance on when the relevant time for this market starts, and then runs out. Thanks.
