Resolving based on below comments. A negative is a bit hard to prove without watching the whole movie (which I haven't done). If this is a mistake, please let me know, and ideally post a link to a clip from the movie with timestamp so I can verify it.

The creator hinted that he wanted to do more if possible... Speculating on an ending to tease more:
