This market will resolve based on whoever is announced as the winner of Survivor 48 by the show on CBS. If there is ambiguity this will resolve based on the announcement of the winner on the CVS website. If they are still ambiguity, this will resolve based on whoever has been announced as the recipient of the $1 million prize.

Contingencies:

In the following unlikely events, the market will be resolved as follows:

• Should no winner be crowned by the beginning of Survivor 49 or by the end of 2025 (whichever is later) this market will resolve N/A.

• If there are multiple winners announced this market will resolve evenly between them.

  • If the multiple winners share the prize money in unequal proportions, this market will resolve proportionally to the proportion of the prize money that each winner gets. Note: this only applies to if multiple winners are crowned if prize money is shared or other money is distributed without multiple winners being crowned this market will resolve to the only winner.
