This market will be decided by whichever party with control of the House of Representatives and which party wins the overall nationwide popular vote for House candidates. For the control of the House question, this market will be resolved based on the party affiliation of the Speaker of the House. For the popular vote, official statistics regarding the nationwide, popular vote that are published by the House of Representatives will be used. This market may be resolved earlier if there is a clear agreement on both the question of control and the popular vote by all of the following media outlets.

Should a Representative be elected by a runoff election, only the votes from the runoff will be counted.
