This market resolves positively if the Supreme Court provides a ruling relating to the legality of art generated using artificial intelligence during the year 2023. This could resolve to "true" due to any of the following:
1) A SC ruling on the legality of training AI art models using copyrighted data
2) A SC ruling on the legality of copyrighting AI-created images
