This year's Tour is highly unusual in that it's the first time in decades that the last stage isn't a non-competitive (in terms of the yellow jersey) victory lap to Paris.

Resolves YES if whoever wears the yellow jersey at the start of the 21st and final stage doesn't win the tour (for any reason, including injuries and other DNFs).

I think the prior stages are hard enough that there should be large gaps. But that's something I say before they've even started!
