Only refers to players who don't have a game with the national team (besides youth teams), although some of them (such as El-Mala) have been nominated before, but without playing. The Sportschau article names no less than 10 players that I didn't even have among my previous 28 options on the market. I added them now. One or two of them I had never even heard of. 😅
