Playing at least 90 minutes in and winning the following competitions counts as winning a major trophy:

• World Cup, European Championship

• UEFA/CAF/AFC/CONCACAF Champions League, Copa Libertadores, UEFA Europa League

• The top league of England, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Brazil or Portugal (Top 8 from here)

• The main cup of England, Germany, Spain, Italy or France (league cups do not count, i.e. we have FA cup, DFB-Pokal, Copa del Rey, Coppa Italia, Coupe de France).

Individual trophies count nothing. Same with other sports than football.
