@PoliticalEconomyPK I hope you've seen my comment below and are aware that the closing date is very soon.
The description saying "when I check on January 29th" is in case I cannot be online and check when the market closes. However, I am intend to use the market closing time as the relevant time to resolve whether milestones have been reached or not. We are actually already past exactly "four weeks from [market creation]", but I think more traders check the market closing time rather than adding four weeks to the market creation time.
