This market will resolve to "Yes" if Letitia James is convicted of any criminal offense in a U.S. federal or state court before January 1, 2029. A "conviction" is defined as a final legal determination of guilt, either through a plea of guilty accepted by the court or a verdict of guilty rendered after a trial, which is not subsequently overturned on appeal by the resolution date. This market will resolve to "No" if she is not convicted of a criminal offense by this date.

Resolution will be determined by official court records or confirmed by reports from trusted news organizations.
