ig they are available in the stores, idk what you mean by available to order, does it need to be online? you can order them, but you have to do it in-store after a fitting. apparently this is typical for premium eyewear, and is typically referred to as available to order

@Bayesian I stayed away from this market last month because the glasses are technically not available to directly order. You can do it in-store but that is a specific restriction and there isn’t specification on definition of “available to order”. You can’t really order if you have no stores around you, and hence unavailable to some people. I think this question just lacks too many details to properly resolve tbh.
