Cyprus is surrounded by the Mediterranean sea, and according to wikipedia:
"Climate in Cyprus is generally characterized by mild rainy winters, occasional droughts, and long, hot and dry summers." So, it makes sense to see a dry spell now since it is summer, but by winter time it should rain at least once, making this market resolve to true.
