I think most interpretations of "endorse Joe Biden" are for a future term as president and since he's removed himself from the race, I think it's fair to resolve it now. she may say nice things about him but that's just general support and not an endorsement.

As a non-trader in this market, might as well resolve. If she does endorse him…then we’re certainly in for an odd election!
