Resolution criteria:

This market will resolve to "Yes" if verifiable reports confirm that Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia is alive as of January 1, 2026. If reports confirm his death before this date, the market will resolve to "No." If no conclusive information is available by January 1, 2026, the market will RESOLVE TO NO if there is no proof of life between now and then.

If he returns to the US and dies of causes unrelated to his imprisonment, this will resolves YES. (For example, he returns and then dies of a heart attack will resolve Yes, returns and dies of injuries sustained in El Salvador will resolve No)
