Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to YES if the price of Hyperliquid ($HYPE) reaches $76.98 USD or higher at any point between August 19, 2026, and December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.

The market will resolve to NO if $HYPE does not reach this price threshold by the expiry time.

Sources of truth:

• The price will be verified using the "All-Time High" (ATH) statistics or historical price data on CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap.

• If a price of $76.98 USD or higher is recorded on either platform (including intraday spikes), the market will resolve to YES.

• In the event of minor discrepancies between the tracking platforms, the higher recorded peak between CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap will be used for resolution. If both sources are unavailable, the creator may refer to high-volume exchanges listing HYPE (e.g., Bybit or Kraken) or Hyperliquid on-chain data.

The token's current all-time high stands at approximately $76.97 USD, which was established on June 16, 2026. After hitting its peak, $HYPE underwent a leverage reset and profit-taking correction, trading in the high-$50 to low-$60 range as of August 2026.
