Resolves NO if access ends on July 20 or earlier. This includes cases where some users can still access it on July 21 solely because of time-zone differences or other technical edge cases.

Resolves YES if Anthropic intentionally keeps Claude Fable 5 available on July 21, or if any users are newly granted access while it is still July 21 in their local time.
