This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by December 31, 2025, the character Monkey D. Luffy directly communicates with or is confirmed to have communicated with Joy Boy in the "One Piece" manga or anime series. This includes any form of direct dialogue, telepathic interaction, or explicit acknowledgment of communication between the two characters. The primary sources for resolution will be official "One Piece" manga chapters and anime episodes released on or before the specified date.
