Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if on every calendar day from September 8–30, 2025, I complete at least one intentional exercise session of ≥30 minutes between 4:00 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time for where I am that day.
Multiple sessions per day are fine; at least one workout must occur in the morning.
Illness/injury/rest days count as misses.
Background
I currently average 4.5 workouts a week.
I want to stop procrastinating. I sometimes skip workouts while telling myself I have work, but I end up not working either. I also want to make sure I get some outdoors time most mornings, and I think this will help!
I do not intend to travel this month, so I think this is doable.

@Tarl Good question. I mostly freelance, and my schedule is not always consistent, but this month I estimate that I will spend ~50 hours/week on things I would label work. All of this is remote - I don't have to show up anywhere in person.
