For the purposes of this question, "significant DLC" is a titled update that expands the game significantly by adding new areas, enemies, and bosses. In previous From Software games, all paid DLCs had new areas, enemies, and bosses.
This will resolve as NO if such a DLC is announced before the end of 2023 but is only released to the public after that.
This will resolve as NO if all DLCs released in 2023 have similar scope to the additions made to Sekiro in its free update launched in 2020.
I will not bet on this market.
