Resolves to "Yes" if the American Civics Exchange still offers over-the-counter (OTC) political swaps to US residents on January 1, 2026 according to credible reports. Otherwise it will resolve to "No".

Note:

• Reports need not be from "mainstream" news outlets (e.g., Bloomberg, Associated Press, CNN etc.)

• Announcements from ACE will suffice for a resolution to "No" conditional that the announcement:

  • (a) is not due to the US government action, and

  • (b) explicitly states the closure is permanent.
