Resolves to "Yes" if, before Trump leaves office on January 3, 2027, there are a consensus of credible reports that Jeffrey Goldberg was deliberately* added to the "Houthi PC small group" group chat on Signal as reported by The Atlantic. Otherwise it will resolve to "No".

*In other words: did a member of the Signal group chat add Jeffrey Goldberg - Editor in chief of The Atlantic- knowing it was him.

Note:

  1. Resolves to "No" if the group chat was a hoax as reported by a consensus of credible repots.

  2. Resolves to "No" if Goldberg fully reneges his article.

Saying "leaves office" by January 3, 2027 is a little strange.

Not sure we’ll ever get any confirmation but for anyone familiar with Signal’s UX:

How easy is it to add someone to a group chat who shouldn’t be there and for no one in the chat to realise for an extended period?

Vance & Hegseth are relatively young & tech savvy + ivy league educated.

Not sure what the motive would be to deliberately add the reporter but the circumstances seems super fishy

the plot thickens

Wonder if she'll get any questions about agents of the Kremlin about being on US official/gov Signal group chats.

Oh that's right, Tusli Gabbard is an agent of the Kremlin. Just ask if she's been added to the group chat and that's enough

ahahaha

Can you say more about what deliberately means here? Do you mean they added him knowing it was him, not another person with the initials JG?

@vitamind Yeah, this market has very ambivalent language.

@WilliamGunn Clarified the criteria a little. Thank you.
