-Resolution
A proposition of the form "Exerecise (x)" means the last time I practice it my best record is x times. A proposition resolves to Yes/No/50% if the next time I practice it, x increases/decreases/stays the same.
As an exception, for interval running x denotes the number of intervals I need to finish 19 minutes at a constant pace. Since I aim to decrease x, the proposition resolves to Yes/No/50% if x decreases/increases/stays.
-Further information
I have no fixed schedule, but roughly I do push-ups daily, interval runnings weekly/biweekly, and other exercises once or twice per week (for these other exercises I do three groups and pick the best record).
If for some accidental reason (like injury) I have to terminate an exercise halfway, x at termination still count toward resolution for a proposition.
