Background

• OpenAI just (Sept 25, 2025) released ChatGPT Pulse, which offers information proactively rather than passively.

• This market asks which other company will release similar proactively AI models by the end of year 2025.

Resolution criteria

• The model must be accessible to individual users instead of enterprises.

• An individual user is anyone who is not a staff member of the company. It's okay if the model is restricted to a limited group of users instead of the overall public.

• It's also okay if the model is in beta/test phase. A model qualifies as long as it performs the user's intended tasks.

• Mere annoucement of a model does not count. The model must be readily usable.

• The model has to be for general purposes. Highly specialized models like a proactive travel planner do not count.

Considerations:

• There is a certain degree of subjectivity whether a model counts as "similar" to ChatGPT Pulse. The above resolution criteria should be regarded as a partial list. You are welcome to raise questions in the comments to help me be more clear on what counts.
