What are the top 10 soccer player transfers this summer according to transfer fee?
Anyone can add players. After the market closes, I will visit https://www.transfermarkt.com/statistik/saisontransfers and rank transfers according to fee. The top ten players [on that list] will resolve to 100%, 90%, ..., 10%. All other players will resolve to 0%.

My calculation is fairly simple and risky. I only expect isak to be the transfer that affects top 10. Not sure if youre thinking any others?
