NO

Resolves YES if iMessage functionality no longer works due to action taken by Apple on "Nothing Chats" or some other "Nothing" messaging platform by the end of 2023. Action taken could be in a legal form, by blocking the tech, or some other form that one can make reasonable association with Sunbird/Nothing.

@mods creator is inactive, can we please resolve?

@jonmast How should this resolve? I looked around a bit and it seems like it did shut down, but not due to Apple?

@bagelfan I'd argue for n/a due to the ambiguity. Mostly I just want it closed though

I think this should resolve no, since Apple did not shut it down. The criteria clearly states Apple has to shut it down.

predictedNO

@PatrickTescher Apple didn’t do this, Nothing pulled this as it was exposing risk to its users.

Early in the day, Nothing removed the app from the Google Play Store. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the phone maker somewhat optimistically says it is "delaying the launch until further notice to work with Sunbird to fix several bugs."

Are you saying that they'll shut down all iMessages, or just for Nothing Phone users?
